Immunology Department

History

Yeditepe University School of Medicine, Department of Immunology was founded by Associate Professor Dr. Gülderen Yanıkkaya Demirel on 2011. Immunology Department is conducted by Stem Cell and HLA Typing Laboratories which are under Yeditepe University Education Hospital, Department of Internal Medicine, Hematology Division. Our department are running hematological immunology (mesenchymal stromal cells, myeloma etc.), neuroimmunology and immune cytotoxicity projects in collaboration with national and international research groups.
