We organized our Immunization and COVID-19 Vaccine Webinar event on 9 February 2021 as Yeditepe TÖB Project initiatives, Public health and EMSA Yeditepe Public Health working branch within the scope of the Health Literacy Project. We held our event with the participation of Prof. Dr. Meral Sönmezoğlu, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Prof. Dr. Gülderen Yanıkkaya Demirel, Head of the Department of Immunology from Yeditepe University.

In our event, our professors told us about the importance of immunisation, the place of the COVID-19 vaccine in this context and clarified the claims put forward for the COVID-19 vaccine. At the end of our event, we cleared our questions about the COVID-19 vaccine and increased our level of knowledge about the vaccine.
