GOALS
YÜTF Corporate Goals and Objectives are monitored using target indicators (education, service, research) that are periodically updated. The "Strategic Target Indicators" document, first piloted in 2014 and revised in 2019, has been expanded and reorganized in 2025 to align with the TEPDAD MÖTE Standards 2025.
“The purpose of the "YÜTF Strategic Target Indicators Document" is to define target indicators in the context of performance, linking the corporate strategic general framework targets and educational targets outlined in the "YÜTF Corporate Goals and Targets" document with the TEPDAD MÖTE 2025 standards. This document enables the transformation of objectives into measurable, trackable, re-evaluated, and developed.
